# Zoho Campaigns

> Auto-configure Zoho Campaigns webhooks so email engagement triggers AI follow-up calls in real time.

Use Zoho Campaigns to send the email, and RevDesk to make the follow-up call. The integration auto-wires the webhooks so engagement events (opens, clicks, replies) trigger AI calls within seconds.

## What it does

* **Auto-create webhooks.** RevDesk provisions the Zoho Campaigns webhooks for you. No manual cURL or webhook UI work.
* **Trigger AI calls on engagement.** When a subscriber clicks a link or replies, RevDesk calls them while interest is highest.
* **Track end-to-end.** Campaign sends, opens, clicks, AI calls, and outcomes show up together in the RevDesk inbox so you can see what actually converted.

## Setup

    Go to **Settings → Integrations → Zoho Campaigns** and click **Connect**. Sign in to Zoho and grant the
    campaign webhook scopes.

  <Step title="Pick the campaign">
    Select the Zoho campaign(s) you want RevDesk to listen to. Each campaign gets its own webhook so
    engagement events are scoped per campaign.

  <Step title="Build a follow-up sequence">
    In RevDesk, create an automation: **Trigger → Zoho Campaigns engagement** → choose the event (clicked,
    replied) → call the contact.

## Events you can listen for

| Zoho event | Typical use |
| - | - |
| Email opened | Light touchpoint. Sometimes too noisy to call on. |
| Link clicked | High-intent signal. Queue the configured next step. |
| Replied | High-priority lead. Route to a rep or transfer live. |
| Unsubscribed | Recorded in RevDesk as an email opt-out. |

## Use cases

* **Email × voice campaigns.** Call consented contacts who click.
* **Re-engagement.** Send a "we miss you" email to cold leads. Anyone who opens or clicks gets a follow-up call.
* **Suppression list.** Unsubscribes are recorded in RevDesk.

## Requirements

* Zoho Campaigns account with API access enabled
* OAuth authorization with campaign webhook scopes
* No additional RevDesk cost

## Troubleshooting

    Open the campaign in Zoho and confirm it's actually sending. Webhooks only fire when subscribers engage
    with sent emails. Test with a small send to yourself.

  <Accordion title="Calls firing for the wrong campaign">
    Each Zoho Campaigns campaign has its own webhook. Check that the RevDesk lead source mapping filters the
    correct Zoho campaign ID, not just "any Zoho event", and that only the intended tasks are connected to
    that source.

  <Accordion title="Connection keeps dropping">
    Zoho OAuth tokens expire if unused. Reconnect from the integration settings, or use the integration
    regularly so the refresh token stays warm.
