# Integrations

> Connect supported calendars, CRMs, conferencing providers, messaging channels, and automation tools to RevDesk.

# Connect the systems a workflow needs

Use an integration when another system owns availability, customer records, meetings, messages, or downstream
automation. Connect only the systems required by the workflow and decide which system owns every field that
can be written in both places.

<Info>
  Availability varies by product, workspace, country, provider account, and deployment. **Settings →
  Integrations** is the source of truth for what your workspace can connect.

## Calendar

Calendar connections provide availability and create bookings. Review the individual guide for sync direction,
permissions, and provider-specific limitations.

## CRM

CRM behavior depends on the connected provider and configured workflow. Before enabling write-back, document
record matching, field ownership, duplicate handling, and recovery.

internal notification integration, not a customer conversation channel.

## Build a custom connection

Use [Zapier](/integrations/automation/zapier) for supported no-code workflows. For a custom service, start with
[Build an integration](/developer-guide/build-an-integration) and the [API Reference](/api-reference).
